Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts in the SHEIN Marketplace, specifically in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be adept at building relationships, and have a proven track record of identifying top talent. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard high-caliber professionals to join our team; Foster strong relationships with sellers, ensuring their satisfaction and success within the marketplace platform; Drive growth by continuously identifying and onboarding new sellers, expanding our offerings and enhancing the user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above; Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
