Required:

  • FPSO Experience
  • Seaman's Book and certificates

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fabrication, installation, alignment, and welding of pipes.
  • Ensure correct pipe routing and support installation based on isometric drawings and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
  • Lead teams of pipe fitters, welders, riggers, and helpers.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and quality.
  • Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
  • Check fit-up, welding, and installation against specifications.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors for visual and non-destructive testing (e.g., X-ray, hydrotest).
  • Work with engineers, planners, and other discipline foremen (e.g., structural, mechanical).
  • Resolve field issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Track work completion, material usage, and manpower.
  • Report daily progress to the Piping Supervisor or Construction Manager.
