Pipe Installation Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the fabrication, installation, alignment, and welding of pipes.
- Lead teams of pipe fitters, welders, riggers, and helpers to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Enforce industry Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on FPSO projects, holding relevant certifications, and possessing excellent communication and leadership skills.
The Piping Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with specifications and industry standards. This includes conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and coordinating with QA/QC inspectors for visual and non-destructive testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other discipline foremen to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Strong understanding of piping systems and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
