Job DescriptionIn this role you’ll be working as part of the Americas America Customer Care team. You will be partnering with stakeholders to help our customers achieve their desired outcomes and productivity goals to enhance their supply chain experience with Rockwell Automation.
The Key Accounts Specialist will constantly identify opportunities to develop positive relationships with our Customers and Partners.
An outstanding Key Accounts Specialist will work closely with Sales (Partner Managers) and Partners to ensure that all staff preserve relationships with clients and is a team player with leadership skills.
Your Responsibilities- Building and preserving trustable relationships with Partners and key customers and an ongoing level of engagement.
- Overseeing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Understanding key customer needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using tools and reports.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- Maintaining a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Dealing with customer requests and troubleshooting problems.
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English.
- SAP, SAP CRM experience.
- Salesforce experience.
- Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good understanding of end2end supply chain with ability to collaborate within the organization at all levels.
- Executive presence, capability to present and communicate with senior leadership in RA and customer.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to seek opportunities to deliver new values for the organization.
- Design mindset with ability to translate data into concepts to showcase & execute initiatives.
- Problem solving, decision making and judgment, embedding identified best global practices into the regional scope.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
