O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time: 

  • Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Direito ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em consultoria estratégica, gestão de projetos ou posição de alta interface com C-Level.
  • Experiência em startups, scale-ups ou empresas de tecnologia (diferencial).
  • Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas.
  • Conhecimento em frameworks de gestão estratégica (OKRs, BSC, KPIs).
  • Excel/Google Sheets avançado e domínio de ferramentas de apresentação executiva.
  • Habilidade em gestão de projetos (certificações como PMP, Scrum ou OKR são diferenciais).
  • Familiaridade com métricas SaaS (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
  • Conhecimento básico em governança corporativa e legislação societária.
  • Vivência em governança corporativa e/ou interação com Conselhos é altamente desejável.

O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia: 

  • Suporte Executivo: apoiar o CEO e a alta liderança na priorização de demandas estratégicas e na execução de projetos-chave.
  • Liderança de Projetos Críticos: estruturar, acompanhar e garantir entregas de iniciativas que impactam diretamente o crescimento do negócio.
  • Integração entre Times: promover alinhamento e comunicação eficiente entre áreas, antecipando gargalos e propondo soluções.
  • Governança & Conselho: apoiar na preparação e condução de reuniões de Conselho (agenda, materiais, relatórios e atas), além de acompanhar desdobramentos das decisões.
  • Análise Estratégica: elaborar métricas e OKRs, além de relatórios e apresentações executivas que consolidem indicadores de negócio e ofereçam insights para a tomada de decisão.
