Purpose of position We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Enablement & Operations Manager to join our team. The right person will play a key role in supporting our Commercial, Sales, and Delivery teams, ensuring our sales cycle and operations run smoothly. This position involves collaborating closely with the Commercial, Finance, and Delivery teams, as well as external customers, to manage renewals, support sales processes, forecast revenue and sales pipeline, and optimise operational efficiency. We want someone who is organised, analytical and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Include Collaborating with Growth & Delivery teams to maintain the sales pipeline, communicate updates, and address any blockers. Partnering with Finance, Commercial Sales, and Delivery teams to update and maintain revenue forecasting and recognition activities. Managing the renewal process for customer licenses and ensuring timely onboarding. Assisting in drafting RFPs, proposals, sales pitches, presentations, cost calculations, and other necessary documents. Overseeing all contract management and routing for SOWs, escalating any issues to team leads and leadership as needed. Coordinating the submission processes for RFPs and proposals while providing administrative support. Monitoring system and process adoption to ensure data compliance with our governance policies. Managing Salesforce reporting to ensure all deals and projects meet our process standards. Pulling and analysing data from our operational platforms to provide insights for stakeholders. Supporting teams by creating opportunities in Salesforce while ensuring process standards are met. Filing weekly and monthly reports, budgets, proposals, and documents for managers, along with managing internal documentation, version control, and archiving. What You Bring To It A deep understanding of the advertising and marketing sales ecosystem, with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing, digital media, and data analytics is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English as a must. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets is required. SQL and dashboarding experience preferred but not mandatory. A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure. An ambitious mindset as a self‑starter who can ramp up quickly. A strong desire to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, and fun startup atmosphere.
