What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Define and execute the product vision for the Data Lakehouse platform aligned with business goals
  • Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives
  • Evangelize the Lakehouse platform across the organization and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Lead requirement gathering and product strategy for front-end data tools like Jupyter Notebook and Apache Superset
  • Drive data governance initiatives and ensure platform compliance with regulatory standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 7+ years of technical product management experience with data platforms or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of data Lakehouse architectures and compute frameworks (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Experience building APIs, SDKs, or client integration layers for large-scale platforms
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience as a software or data engineer
  • Strong business acumen to prioritize features based on customer value
  • Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and Apache Superset
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Insurance industry experience
