Come make history in Amazon's Brazil team We are looking for a talented SR Program Manager to support inbound operation and FBA expansion in Brazil. You will own the operation, stream line processes and work to build a solid program to support business expansion. You will work directly with leadership, legal, operations, transportation, procurement teams, and a variety of internal partners and external selling partners to ensure the best seller experience possible.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead FBA Inbound Program in Brazil;
- Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements;
- Set up performance management mechanisms and track the seller performance on a day to day basis;
- Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review the metrics and setup processes to ensure the metrics are met;
- Conceptualize and drive program changes.
- Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions, creating solutions from scratch for short and long term;
- Partner with key stakeholders like operations, transportation, tax, sales and legal to define program strategy, project plans and manage technology implementations.
- Will streamline/optimize the key business inputs, in particularly product pipeline.

Lead a high performance team ensuring their development and giving the right directions to reach program's goals (5 direct reports).
