We are seeking a talented Program Manager to support the growth of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Sellers are vital to Amazon's ecosystem, helping us deliver the Earth's largest selection at the lowest prices.

This role focuses on enhancing seller experiences and optimizing internal processes. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, identifying seller challenges, and developing innovative solutions by analyzing onboarding flows and recurrent issues.

The position requires excellent communication skills to coordinate projects, conduct stakeholder meetings, and manage documentation. Responsibilities include overseeing account creation, handling escalations, and driving lead generation through partnerships. The Program Manager will also manage complex branch processes, ensuring compliance and quality service.

Analytical skills are crucial for tracking metrics, maintaining reporting tools, and providing insights for strategic decisions and continuous improvement of the fulfillment program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying process gaps and driving improvements with local and global teams.
  • Analyzing issues, testing solutions, and prioritizing program opportunities.
  • Resolving chronic seller issues.
  • Implementing change management strategies.
  • Automating processes to increase efficiency.
  • Setting up performance metrics and tracking progress.
  • Conceptualizing and driving program changes.
  • Working with product teams for long-term solutions.
  • Addressing barriers through stakeholder coordination.
  • Gaining stakeholder support by writing narratives and influencing leadership.
  • Creating goals, tracking progress, and managing obstacles.
  • Communicating performance and root-cause analysis.
  • Incorporating benchmarking and best practices from other regions.
  • Anticipating bottlenecks, managing escalations, and balancing business and technical needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in team management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
