Mid-Career Hydraulic Systems Engineer Boeing Brazil is seeking a Mid-Career Hydraulic Systems Engineer , reporting to the Hydraulic Systems Engineering Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos office. The engineer will join the Hydraulic Systems team supporting development and sustaining programs. Position Responsibilities Develop system requirements and define system architecture. Develop or review hardware and software designs and associated interface specifications. Ownership of component level design requirements. Analyze system performance through modeling and simulation. Support the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups. Perform and document analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Perform detail design development and modification of mechanical and fluid system installations. Develop, verify, validate, and certify designs through both laboratory and airplane testing. Research and development of technologies for potential future applications. Basic Qualifications Must have existing rights to work in Brazil. Must have a degree in Engineering. Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (CREA). Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language. Experience with installations design and release for mechanical systems. Experience with 3D modeling software and product data management software (CATIA, PDM or similar). Preferred Qualifications Experience in Mechanical-Hydraulic Systems. Experience working with integrated cross-functional teams. Project management skills. Experience working in engineering product development. Other Requirements • 100% onsite.
