
Vendor Manager

Experience in contracting management and P&L tracking;
Minimum 2 years in customer support functions, with BPO support expertise;
Knowledge of workforcemanagement and forecasting;
Experience in BPOcommercial negotiations and growth strategies;
Operational efficiencyoptimization skills;
Experience managing BPOs in customer support environments. Responsibilities Negotiate and manage contract terms, including detailed clause discussions;
Lead short-term forecasting and optimize BPO headcount distribution;
Resolve escalations related to contractual clauses;
Oversee bonus andpenalty policies with monthly tracking;
Utilize contracting and commercial levers to ensure stable operations;
design performance clauses;
Monitor BPO budget usage, providing insights for cost efficiency;
Ensure 100% delivery of contracted services and headcount through accurate forecasting.
