Ecolab estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Cuentas para trabajar dentro de nuestro equipo de Alimentos y Bebidas. La misión de la posición se dirige a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y satisfacción de clientes preestablecidos, con el fin de fidelizar a los clientes a su cargo y captar nuevos clientes y desarrollar nuevos negocios.

Lugar de trabajo: Entre Rios (Gualeguaychú, Colon, Concepción del Uruguay, Concordia)

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y de satisfacción de clientes preestablecidos.
  • Satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes mediante un servicio de calidad, logrando fidelizar y retener a los clientes a su cargo.
  • Alcanzar los objetivos de venta. Realizar prospección de clientes, con el fin de desarrollar nuevos negocios y cerrar ventas nuevas.
  • Realizar relevamientos de información en los procesos de higiene dentro de las instalaciones de los clientes y potenciales clientes. Elaborar propuestas y cotizaciones de programas de higiene para clientes y potenciales clientes.
  • Planificar y realizar visitas de servicio.
  • Instalar y realizar el mantenimiento de los sistemas y equipos dosificadores de Ecolab, participando activamente en el comienzo de los programas de limpieza y realizando el seguimiento de los programas en proceso.
  • Proveer al personal del cliente del entrenamiento y asesoramiento necesarios, a fin de que logren un manejo efectivo de los productos y programas de limpieza.
  • Desarrollar relaciones con Clientes y Asociados. Dar seguimiento a compromisos adquiridos con el cliente. Brindar atención a las necesidades y emergencias del Cliente.
  • Actualizar quincenalmente la herramienta de Sales Tracking. Actualizar mensualmente el Forecast de Producto.
  • Informar de los incrementos de Precios a los clientes. Elaborar el formato Alta de Cliente y Alta de Precios.
  • Elaborar Solicitudes de Equipo, Muestras y Refacciones y dar seguimiento a su trámite.
Requerimientos
  • Profesionales graduados de las carreras de Licenciatura o Ingeniería de Alimentos y/o Química o Bioquímica.
  • Conocimientos de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel
  • Manejo intermedio del idioma inglés.
  • Licencia de Conducir Vigente.
