InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager focused on developing and expanding our market. You will report directly to the Latin America (LATAM) Director of Channels and Alliances.

As a Partner Account Manager , your role will involve creating activities and processes that promote InvGate's offerings and further develop our partner ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the full end-to-end process for a set of partners to grow the business in your territory.
  • Recruit and enable new partners in this rapidly expanding market.
  • Develop and implement a business plan to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities (pipeline generation).
  • Support management forecasts, close deals, record sales activities, and track customer data using company-standard systems and tools like forecasts and KPIs.
  • Encourage new partners to adopt and promote our products and solutions.
  • Travel occasionally for on-site visits to partners and clients.
Ideal Candidate
  • Motivated, practical, and passionate about success.
  • Experience in international sales and business development within a partner ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of the channel landscape.
  • Ability to work with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Solutions selling experience, understanding customer industry scenarios and needs.
  • Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
