Discovery About the Role Act as a strategic link between the company's business objectives and the commercial solutions delivered to the market, developing consistent, innovative, and data-driven proposals. With a cross‑functional approach, the area connects different teams and ensures integration between planning, execution, and performance analysis, contributing to the monetization of the company's assets and the strengthening of partnerships with the market. Responsibilities Support executives and develop media proposals that attend client briefings. Analyze client portfolio and market advertising trends to proactively propose solutions to increase revenue for the ad sales area. Deeply learn about media (both digital and linear), including its metrics and tools, and gain in-depth knowledge of all Warner Bros. Discovery products and platforms. Collaborate with the team by addressing queries regarding processes, tools, and resolving day‑to‑day challenges. Provide strategic support to the sales team, contributing to the development of projects and commercial proposals by analyzing briefings, understanding client needs, and proposing solutions aligned with the company's objectives. Qualifications Diploma or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing or a similar industry. Experience in a media environment (Linear, Digital, Social) with focus on Media Planning, Data & Metrics. Strong storytelling skills with experience developing presentations (PPT and Keynote). Self‑starter who displays a healthy sense of urgency and can make things happen quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Experience in the advertising, marketing or similar industry. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Background in Ad Sales industry. Experience in project management and dealing with external clients.
