Your new role Act as a strategic link between the company’s business objectives and the commercial solutions delivered to the market, developing consistent, innovative, and data‑driven proposals. With a cross‑functional approach the area connects different teams and ensures integration between planning, execution, and performance analysis, contributing to the monetization of the company’s assets and the strengthening of partnerships with the market. Strategic Support The Ad Sales Planning department provides strategic support to the sales team, contributing to the development of projects and commercial proposals. This involves analyzing briefings, understanding client needs, and proposing solutions aligned with the company’s objectives. Your role accountabilities Support executives and develop media proposals that attend client briefings. Analyze client portfolio and market advertising trends to proactively propose solutions to increase revenue for the ad sales area. Deeply learn about media (digital and linear), including its metrics and tools, and gain in‑depth knowledge of all Warner Bros. Discovery products and platforms. Collaborate with the team by addressing queries regarding processes, tools, and resolving day‑to‑day challenges. Qualification & Experience Diploma or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar industry. Experience in the media environment (Linear, Digital, Social) with focus on media planning and data/metrics. Experience in the advertising or marketing industry. Be a storyteller with skills in presentation development (PowerPoint and Keynote). Self‑starter that displays a healthy sense of urgency and has the ability to make things happen quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Other nice to have Background in Ad Sales industry. Experience in project management and dealing with external clients. Programmatic media / Programmatic media sales experience.
