We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage seller relationships and drive growth through innovation in our marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional support to optimize seller experience and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing seller relationships to ensure their success and satisfaction Identifying new sellers, onboarding, and expanding offerings Providing ongoing support to optimize seller experience and performance In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree or above Experience with marketplaces Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass KPIs Good analytical skill Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Advanced English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
