About the Role As a Strategic Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging your existing network and identifying high-value commercial opportunities in the nutraceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within South America and a well-established book of business with strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem. Main Responsibilities: Develop and expand strategic partnerships with key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers to drive revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements. Lead the full business development cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planning. Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies. Represent the business at leading industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and network reach. Key Requirements: You can be located anywhere within South America to qualify for this market. A proven ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements is essential. Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business value. An entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
