Position Summary  Responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing on selling AI software solutions to the B2B market. This is a consultative, hunter-type role, leading prospecting efforts, high-level negotiations, and closing strategic contracts.  Key Responsibilities  Generate and qualify sales opportunities in the Brazilian market. Lead outbound prospecting and lead development. Conduct meetings, presentations, and platform demonstrations. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Engage with enterprise clients and influence C-Level stakeholders. Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting via CRM. Collaborate closely with Customer Success and technical teams.  Performance KPIs  Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) generated. Number of closed deals. Average sales cycle duration. Pipeline conversion rates. Upsell and expansion rates within acquired clients.  Technical Requirements  Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS.  Fluent English (mandatory).  Strong consultative sales and complex negotiation skills.  Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).  Experience in selling ERP, Cloud Computing, Data Intelligence Software, as well as cybersecurity solutions such as DLP (Data Loss Prevention), IAM (Identity and Access Management), and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).  Ideally, experience in selling AI and generative AI services and infrastructure to large corporations.  Behavioral Requirements  Hunter profile, results driven. Strong connections in the SaaS ecosystem. Strategic mindset with business orientation. Ability to interact and convince multiple parties: IT, cyber security, legal, business leaders, C-Levels Autonomy, resilience, and commercial discipline.  Experience  Minimum of 5 years in consultative sales, preferably SaaS or technology. Experience with medium to long sales cycles, selling to C-Level stakeholders.  Strategic Importance  This role is critical for Jeen.ais growth in Brazil. The Sr. Account Executive will be directly responsible for market development, new business acquisition, and revenue generation, driving the companys success and regional expansion.
