Learn more : Careers at Nu - Join our team About the role At Nu Asset the asset management arm of Nubank we are responsible for designing and managing the banks investment funds. Since starting our operations in 2020 weve grown rapidly building a full shelf of investment solutions for our clients from fixed income funds to equity ETFs listed on B3. Today we serve over 1.4 million investors across 20 different funds with approximately R$ 6 billion in assets under management. As an Asset Management Specialist youll have a broad scope of responsibilities working closely with different teams within the asset manager and with a wide range of external partners. You will be responsible for : Leading the structuring process for new investment funds. Supporting the creation of marketing and disclosure materials as well as the ongoing maintenance of existing strategies. Managing relationships with external partners such as fund administrators market makers and the stock exchange. Assisting the commercial team in preparing materials and participating in investor meetings. Conducting market intelligence : tracking trends and helping define future products. Supporting Nus defense teams in internal audits and operational risk testing. Mapping and continuously improving operational processes. We are looking for someone who has : Solid knowledge of the workflows and processes of an asset manager as well as the roles and responsibilities of institutions within the financial system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present to audiences and collaborate across diverse teams. Curiosity to learn new technologies and stay on top of market trends. An entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Experience building presentations and working with spreadsheets. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) is a plus but not required.
