**What will you be doing?**
**Descrição da Vaga**:
- Estamos em busca de um(a) **Analista Júnior de Treinamento e Compensação Offshore** para integrar nosso time de Recursos Humanos na Subsea7. Essa posição tem como foco o suporte às atividades de desenvolvimento, planejamento e controle dos programas de treinamento.**Responsabilidades**:
- Apoiar na gestão e atualização da matriz de treinamentos obrigatórios para posições offshore, garantindo conformidade com requisitos legais e internos.
- Auxiliar na organização logística de treinamentos (inscrições, agendamentos, controle de presença, emissão de certificados).
- Realizar o controle e análise de indicadores de treinamento offshore.
- Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações para stakeholders internos.
- Interagir com áreas como Operações, QHSE, Logística e fornecedores de treinamento.
**What experience would we like you to have?**
**Requisitos**:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento intermediário em Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, gráficos).
- Inglês intermediário (leitura e escrita).
- Desejável experiência prévia com rotinas de RH, treinamento ou remuneração.
- Boa capacidade analítica, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
- Facilidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
