And what better way to fulfill your goals than to work alongside a globally competitive team in an international company?Be empowered to reach success by sharpening your skills in- **Senior Financial Accountant** while working for the leading provider of services that include pre-project, project management, and project delivery.**JOB DESCRIPTION**We’re looking for a- **Senior Financial Accountant** who will prepare month-end journals includes revenue booking, accrual, prepayment accounts, overhead allocations, fixed asset and staff entitlement.**RESPONSIBILITIES** (includes but not limited to)- Reconcile balance sheets- Provide month-end reports with P&L analysis, statutory and compliance responsibility, revenue analysis, and variance validation.- Work with the group finance manager while gathering related business data to include in financial reports.- Report and review weekly actual cash flow- Assist the Finance Manager with an annual budget.- Prepare Intercompany transactions and Intercompany loan reconciliation.- Manage tax compliance, including BAS, quarterly GST, monthly PAYG, and payroll tax.- Coordinate auditing process- Evaluating and managing risk- Ensuring compliance with regulations- Publishing financial statements- Ensure financial information accuracy.**WHO ARE WE?**At Emapta, we empower- _you_.Handling a wide variety of international clients from different industries such as hospitality, real estate, and marketing, we continuously provide exciting career opportunities that lead to growth and long-time employee satisfaction.EmaptaExperience**Requirements**:- Years of Experience: Five years in Financial or Management Accounting- Education CPA is preferred; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.- Report to managers and stakeholders- Can show leadership ability- Working Knowledge:- Familiar with: Basic and Advanced accounting concepts- Accounting Software: Xero, Fathom, and other ERPs- Reporting financial statements- MS Office Suite (MS Excel, SharePoint, Word)- Can communicate well and write in the client’s preferred language- Has acceptable data-gathering and report-making skills- Soft Skills: Motivated to succeed, organized, has a great work ethic, empathic towards others and inspires them to achieve, can manage workloads while meeting tight deadlines**Benefits**:- HMO upon day 1- Hybrid work arrangement- Prime Office Locations (Easy access to MRT stations, restaurants, and banks)- Standard government and Emapta benefits- 20 days annual leave- Career growth opportunities- Diverse and supportive work environment- Fun employee engagement activities
