- Perform day-to-day Front to Back reconciliations
Perform Transactions validations between Bank Platforms versus Global platforms Perform Bonds allocations activities
- Monitoring List Derivatives transactions through clearing systems
- Monitoring all FX and Over-the-counter (OTC) transactions through Back Office systems
- Perform Quality Assurance tasks
- Incident reporting & escalation
- Support Front Office into technology development projects Skills and Experience: The Associate must be able to work in a high pressure environment due to the fact that a significant portion of the transactions are processed and settle real time, on-line with critical dead-lines
- Excellent interpersonal skills including excellent communication/oral skills and ability to interact well with other team members; i.e., clients, sales, trading, operations, book runners, IT counterparts in other back/middle office ops teams, as well as legal, compliance, and business managers, etc
- Ability to solve problems, propose solutions and follow up on ongoing discussions
- English proficiency is mandatory
