**Description**:
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will:
- act as a liaison;
- provide product/service information;
- resolve problems with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage large amounts of chats, tickets and incoming calls
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
**Requirements**:
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Resiliency to deal effectively with stressed and upset customers
- Ability to build positive rapport, communicate and control customer contacts
- Ability to adapt quickly to product and procedure changes
- Ability to maintain full concentration whilst working from home
- Readiness to work during LatAm time zone (s)
**Desirable Qualifications**:
At least **one year of previous customer service experience**, preferably with a forex/finance company
**Benefits**:
Competitive salary plus semi-annual performance bonus (you’ll become eligible when your probation period ends successfully).
13th salary after 2 years with the company

**Salary**: R$5,000.00 - R$6,500.00 per month
