RPG Gaming Customer Support Representative (Email with English)

We are seeking a FULL-TIME REMOTE JOB as an Email - RPG Gaming Customer Support Representative.

At Customer Umbrella, we help people through caring interactions. Join us as a Customer Service Representative and work remotely from home

Requirements:

  • Passion for playing games
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Proficient in professional English (speaking and writing)
  • Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection
  • Understanding and enjoyment of computer systems
  • Good computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard typing
  • Uninterrupted electricity or UPS backup
  • Knowledge of RPG games, mobile gaming, PC gaming, console gaming, and e-sports
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Basic math and logic skills

  • Shift schedule: 24/7 coverage, 5 days/week, 2 days off, 8.5-hour shifts
  • Shifts include 18:30-03:00 (evening) and 01:00-09:30 (night) GMT+3

Job Description:

  • Assist players with issues and guide them to solutions
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support
  • Communicate and collaborate with teams in English

Fully remote position.
