Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

Ruby Labs is hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team for a new product — a next-generation AI platform that aggregates the world's leading language models and tools into a single, simple interface. In this role, you will create new reports, improve current reports, and ensure we have safe, well-modeled data to support decision-making. You will work with a variety of clients to build their future data environments and play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams.
• Create new dashboards, maintain and improve existing reports such as Product Reports.
• Analyze user behavior and identify key insights (e.g., aha moments).
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, patterns, and provide recommendations to maximise KPIs.
• Monitor metrics and build robust data models in SQL.
• Collaborate with peers and Leadership to give and receive actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or Economics.
• At least 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and insights in large datasets.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to think strategically with data-driven decision making aligned to the organisation's goals.
• Experience in Product Analytics.
• Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar.
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience in subscription business.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in Marketing Analytics.
• Experience with Python, R.
• Experience with GCP, BigQuery.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
• Experience with Git and code review processes.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply as long as they are located within approximately ±4 hours of CET to ensure optimal collaboration during working hours.

Interview Process
