Key Responsibilities Designing and optimizing business models, managing end-to-end profitability, and serving as a project management office for key implementation projects. Business Model Evolution: Develop and continually refine the business model for the Innovation vertical, encompassing market entry strategies, new service offerings, and go-to-market approaches. Profitability Management: Own and manage profitability for the vertical, including financial forecasting, budget planning, and variance analysis.
