- High level leadership experience within a transportation, logistics, delivery, first mile, last mile, e-commerce, b2c or transformation environment with strong bias towards data and analytics.
- High level leadership experience in planning for a transportation, logistics, delivery, first mile, last mile, e-commerce, b2c or transformation industries.
- Advance experince with performance metrics.
- Advance level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Fully Bilingual (English & Portuguese).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back-up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and clerical skills. - Awareness of the importance of customer service. - Understanding of domestic shipping processes, pickups, drop-off points. - Experience successfully developing others into higher levels of leadership in an organization.
