Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a Transportation manager to work iin São Paulo.
**_Responsibilities:_**
- Manages daily operation of transportation services through subordinate.
- Develops and implements transportation service policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures.
- Leads negotiations and executions of transportation service agreements and contracts including domestic freight, household goods moves, imports and exports for all modes of transportation.
- Reviews collection of loss/damage claims/insurance settlements for all shipments.
- Solves complex supplier quality problems and improves business processes.
- Establishes transportation carrier tariff classifications and routings for all shipments.
- Manages research on transportation methods, rates, and routes.
- Improves profitability through process improvements and utilization of resources.
- Manages operational budget.
- Develops and implements programs to support the company logistics initiatives for worldwide leveraging and contracting opportunities through cooperation with carriers.
- Oversees internal/external legal or government audits of the group's compliance.
- Supervises the preparation of import documents through the import broker(s) and Customs.
**Qualifications**
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
- Language: English advanced / fluent.
- Strong knowledge of the consumer good industry
