Post DescriptionThe cultural service of the French Embassy in Brazil implements French cooperation across various sectors: scientific, academic, linguistic, artistic, audiovisual, and musical. Under the authority of the cooperation and cultural action counselor (COCAC) and delegated to the deputy cultural counselor, you will lead cross-sector cooperation programs to promote France's interests and influence in Brazil, especially within the 8 states of the Brasília consular district (Brasília DF, Amapá, Goiás, Maranhão, Pará, Amazonas, Tocantins, Mato Grosso).
Main Activities- Design, negotiate, and implement bilateral cooperation projects with local authorities, French operators, and beneficiaries, leveraging available incentives and funding.
- Support the French cultural season in Brazil 2025, assisting the cultural attaché and the French general commissioner in organizing French programming and liaising with Brazilian cultural operators within your district.
- Coordinate communication policies of the Cultural Cooperation Service (SCAC).
- Monitor French operators in Brazil and promote French expertise.
- Develop professional and social networks to enhance cooperation visibility.
- Coordinate and animate cross-sector cooperation programs, including residency programs, architecture, museums, and heritage sectors, seeking co-financing.
- Foster partnerships, manage administrative procedures, and organize events, including programming for the Le Corbusier venue.
A Master's degree (M2) and experience in managing international cultural projects.
