As a seasoned Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our presence in the Brazilian financial market. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our key client in Brazil, fostering strong relationships through regular communication, timely support, and seamless coordination with our technical team.
- New Business Development: Identify and engage with 20+ financial institutions in Brazil, developing strategic sales approaches to introduce our offerings and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Market Insight and Reporting: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil, providing actionable insights to inform broader company strategy.
**Ideal Candidate:** Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector, excellent communication skills, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
