Key Account Manager PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Manager in the Brazilian financial market.The ideal candidate will have strong account management experience in the financial technology sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.The primary objectives of this role are to maintain and strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and provide exceptional service to our key customer in Brazil.This includes:Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through regular communication, on-premise support when required, and seamless coordination between the technical team and ours.Expanding market presence by proactively engaging with 20+ identified financial institutions in Brazil, with the goal of onboarding new clients over time.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Serving as the main point of contact for the existing customer in Brazil.Conducting regular calls with the client to facilitate effective communication.Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively to ensure loyalty.New Business DevelopmentThe Key Account Manager will also be responsible for:Building on the foundation established by the sales team to engage with identified prospects in Brazil's banking and finance sector.Developing a strategic sales approach to introduce our offerings, emphasizing competitive advantages.Nurturing relationships with potential clients and managing them through the sales pipeline.Market Insight and ReportingThe successful candidate will need to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil, and provide regular reports to the global sales team on client activities and new business opportunities.We are looking for someone with:Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector.Previous experience working in the Brazilian market is highly desirable.Strong technical communication skills to liaise effectively between clients and internal teams.Fluency in Portuguese and English; understanding of Brazilian business culture.Ability to travel within Brazil for on-site client support.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.Potential KPIsThe following KPIs may be used to measure the success of the Key Account Manager:Client satisfaction and retention rate.Response time to client inquiries.New business opportunities generated.Revenue growth from the Brazilian market.
