Overview Job Title: Senior AI Engineer. We\'re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team. With 5+ years of software and AI / ML engineering experience, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI-native services that transform the utility sector. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to combine their expertise in applied AI / ML with strong back-end engineering skills. You will be working in small, agile teams and reporting directly to the CTO. Responsibilities Ai systems development: architect, fine-tune, and deploy ai agents purpose-built for utility use cases Back-end integration: build apis, microservices, and orchestration frameworks Pipeline ownership: design and manage the complete ai pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment Ai risk mitigation: address vulnerabilities unique to ai, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control You will partner with software engineers, data specialists, and security teams to integrate ai capabilities into the broader client os. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software and ai / ml engineering Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
