Job Overview The Lead will define the strategic vision, oversee the deployment of advanced machine learning models, and lead the development of data-driven products. Key Responsibilities Data Science Strategy and Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of data scientists and engineers, directing robust data pipelines and analytical solutions. Define technical best practices and direct high-impact data product development. Advanced Model and Algorithm Development Design, develop, and implement complex machine learning models and algorithms for student analysis and career advising. Establish processes for model evaluation, optimization, and monitoring. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines. Data Product Development Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into data product features. Direct the building and maintenance of data-centric applications and tools. Implement efficient MLOps and CI/CD workflows. Ensure data governance and integrity. Collaboration and Communication Serve as the primary technical conduit among business leads and teams. Facilitate demos, strategic reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice documentation. Drive new data science capabilities adoption. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or related roles. Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring data scientists. Expert-level experience in building and deploying segmentation and propensity models. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries. Experience with data manipulation using Python. Experience with cloud-based data platforms. Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying. Experience with Git and Git providers. Deep understanding of statistical analysis methodologies.
