Ninja touts an amazing user experience, 360-degree monitoring, an IT marketplace and tight integrations with products used by MSPs as well as IT professionals.**Our Proposal**:We are currently seeking **Jr. Data Analysts** to join our **revenue marketing team** as contractors. This role will be full-time, with weekly and monthly production expectations. The Jr. Data Analysts will work in **MS Excel and Salesforce** to enhance, enrich, and ensure data hygiene to feed our top-of-funnel sales processes with clean useable data.**Responsibilities**:- Enrichment of contact information within an Excel Spreadsheet- Scrubbing and correcting contact data (through the use of manual correction as well as validation software) before it is ingested into the Salesforce CRM- A weekly quota of contact enrichment completion.- Data that will be confirmed and validated- Location data (country, state, city and street)- Additional prioritized data (industry, company size, etc)**About You**:- Currently enrolled or have achieved **_BA/BS degree in Marketing, Finance or Economics related field_** with a focus on analytics data or mathematics preferred- **_Advanced data manipulation skills_** and/or resources to identify and resolve duplicate and/or bad data- **_Strong data manipulation/visualization experience in MS Excel_**:- **Experience with data validation software**, and/or in cleaning and compiling large data sets.- Ability to prove **_knowledge and proficiency using mature Excel functions_** such as VLOOKUP, SUBSTITUTE, INDEX, MATCH- **_Knowledge of typical data import components_** (fields, columns, best practices) that are relevant to the success of a data import for a business- **High English level****We Offer**:- Work in an international market- 100% remote job- USD competitive compensation- And more
