Overview A Senior Business Development Specialist role in the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Generative AI team in Brazil. The specialist will drive growth of AWS AIML services, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and lead customer and partner engagements. Responsibilities Grow adoption, utilization, and revenue for AWS AIML services in Brazil. Gather customer and industry needs and partner with AWS product teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS solutions. Identify opportunities to innovate with customers, influence the AWS product roadmap, and drive revenue for AWS services. Serve as the direct business owner for geographic segments and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Develop and influence GTM strategies and sales plays for new or existing services. Participate in AWS field enablement activities and drive customer and partner engagements. Identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and collaborate with product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads. About The Team The WWSO GenAI team builds and executes strategic go‑to‑market plans to drive revenue and market share for AWS GenAI and AI/ML services, helping customers adopt these solutions throughout the adoption journey. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience. 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage. Bachelor's degree. Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences. Business English skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations. Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
