**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and customer bases, managing multi-stakeholders projects.- 4 years of experience with planning activities such as developing planning models.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in integrating cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.

**About the job**:
As a Go-to-Market Specialist for Strategic Engagements, you will work closely with internal teams (i.e., cross-functional team of industry, solutions and business experts) to build the growth plans and support the sub-regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. You will also be responsible for orchestrating and driving the implementation of the growth plans with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute in setting the sub-regional strategy and growth plans for achieving business goals.
- Build account goals lists that fit with Google Cloud offerings contributing to campaign efficiency and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Support alignment, coordination and execution of the growth plans with other teams such as Marketing, Sales Specialists, Partners and Field.
- Track growth plans performance, define and implement actions for improvement.
