We're looking for a proactive and highly organized
Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist
to be the bridge between our
central product teams
and the
Brazilian market
. This role ensures we launch, adapt, and continuously improve our B2C experiences with a full end-to-end perspective—from pre-release readiness to post-launch performance. You'll work side-by-side with Product Managers, CRM, Customer Support, and local market leads to ensure product changes land successfully and continuously improve based on customer feedback and local needs.
We're looking for someone with:
- 4+ years experience in a product or B2C environment.
- Experience of B2C native apps.
- Experience or interest in the gaming world.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Go-To-Market Readiness for Product Releases
- Partner with Product Managers early in the release cycle to ensure market readiness
- Confirm that product launches are backed by the right data tracking, customer objectives, and operational alignment
- Coordinate with local functions (CS, CRM, Acquisition, Retention) to prepare go-live actions and comms
- Act as the voice of the Brazil market during product planning
Continuously Monitor and Improve Key User Journeys
- Regularly test key flows like registration, onboarding, and FTD from a customer lens
- Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement across UX, comms, and tech
- Gather insights from CS feedback, user behavior data, and competitor benchmarking
- Collaborate with local market leads to bring forward grounded feedback
Support Prioritization and Follow-through on Fixes
- Work closely with Data and Product teams to quantify impact and size opportunities
- Help build business cases for local priorities to be included in the product roadmap
- Track progress of issues flagged and improvements made, keeping market leads informed
