**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, business experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Toolset products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions, development of Macros, presentations.
- Knowledge of business process, data analytics, working with databases and reporting tools is preferred.
- Prior experience and/ or training in quantitative analytics, analysis if process, risk management.
- Experience in internal control or auditing is a plus.
- Demonstrate a minimum level of leadership to influence others to deliver data and information for required deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex/ time sensitive environment for deliverables is required.
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. English proficiency is a plus.
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
The position is in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is a temporary position (1 year).
