Job Title: Commercial Dispute Resolution Leader We are seeking a seasoned commercial dispute resolution professional to lead our litigation team in Brazil. This role will involve managing and coordinating complex dispute resolution matters, providing strategic legal support to our business teams, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial disputes, including arbitration and pre-litigation matters, across various sectors and industries in Brazil. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies aligned with the company's business goals, while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and preventive measures. Work closely with internal teams to assess commercial risks and develop tailored solutions to mitigate these risks. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 8+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Proven expertise in handling complex commercial disputes involving multiple stakeholders. Native-level Portuguese and advanced English language skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a cross-functional team. Experience working in or advising technology-driven companies is highly valued.
