**Descrição da vaga**:

- Lead the project commercial team and is the overall responsible for all project commercial activities, including Contract management (PPP, SHA, EPC and Subcontracts), Claims, Project Cost controlling and Supply Chain throughout project execution
- Be the Company representative for all commercial topics with all stakeholders on the project (external : SPC, Government, external suppliers, etc. ;and internal : Company different entities, etc.).
- Structured organization, shared with all Sub-Groups participating in the Contract.
- Self-motivated and work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the project delivery.
- Responsible for Internal compliance and approval processes.
- Provide inputs for all internal and external reportings (e.g. Monthly report)
