Key job responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network concerning drop-off points and sellers.
  • Manage strategic processes to ensure business expansion.
  • Analyze performance metrics and work with large volumes of data.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools, access big data from multiple sources, and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Build dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Support daily drop-off operations, identify improvements, and manage business enhancements.
  • Continuously improve processes and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Communicate with external partners (carriers, vendors, suppliers) and internal teams.
  • Generate and analyze reports.
A day in the life
  • Extract and analyze data to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Create and plan expansion strategies for implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for input.
  • Communicate network changes with external partners.
  • Manage change implementation and timelines.
  • Present data-driven insights on business impacts.
  • Monitor operational metrics and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive decision-making through data analysis.
  • Assess impacts and mitigate risks for network changes.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SQL
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in transportation, supply chain, or Business Intelligence
  • Knowledge of Python and/or VBA
