Sustainable Transportation Role

The team focuses on developing reverse logistics operations that prioritize sustainability and operational efficiency. As a Eco-Friendly Transportation Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to create a comprehensive program supporting our climate pledge to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2040.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and monitor carbon emissions across transportation networks and facilities.
  • Design and implement cross-functional strategies to reduce emissions from over-the-road and under-the-road transportation to meet our 2040 net-zero goal.
  • Develop incentives for third-party carriers adopting low- or zero-emission vehicles.
  • Drive data-driven improvements to meet environmental and business objectives.
  • Create community engagement initiatives aligned with transportation operations.
A Day in the LifeData Analysis & Monitoring
  • Analyze emissions data from multiple sources.
  • Track trends and report progress toward emission reduction goals.
Strategy Development & Implementation
  • Collaborate to design and evaluate emission reduction initiatives.
  • Develop roadmaps for approved strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
Carrier Program Management
  • Manage incentive programs for third-party carriers.
  • Review applications, ensure compliance, and track adoption of eco-friendly vehicles.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Presentation updates to leadership and participation in industry forums.
Research & Innovation
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in sustainable transportation.
