At Flix, we're shaping the future of transportation. We're looking for a driven Vendor Manager to help us take our operations to the next level.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage external vendor relationships within the Customer Service department.
  • Act as a bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Investigate and present solutions to vendor-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and identify areas for growth.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure seamless vendor management and contract utilization.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing, analyzing, selecting, and transitioning vendors.
  • Monitor contractual agreements and ensure compliance.
  • Drive process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the expansion of services across new business lines.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with vendors.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor services or customer service roles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with numeric data analysis and conclusion drawing.
  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese; additional languages are an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Experience working with tools like PowerBI, Omnichannel Contact Center Software, and Forecasting/Workforce Management solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel abroad (4-6 times per year).
