Summary:

As a Kwai Brazil E-commerce Business Hunter, you will be responsible for expanding and developing e-commerce business in the Brazilian market. You will promote the company's growth and development in the Brazilian market through active expansion strategies and cooperation with potential sellers.


Responsibilities:

1. Complete sellers recruitment, onboarding, and initial training based on quarterly strategies and goals.

2. Collaborate with channel partners to expand the leads pool of sellers.

3. Maintain close communication with internal logistics and incubation teams to ensure the needs of newly recruited sellers are met.

4. Provide timely feedback on market expansion progress and performance, and offer insights on market trends and customer feedback.


Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce business development, with a proven track record of success preferred. Experience with sellers in the category of Automobile, Motorcycle, Home Appliance and stationery is a plus.

2. In-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, familiarity with e-commerce industry, trends and competitive landscape. Experience with major e-commerce platforms in Brazil is a plus.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with various types of sellers.

4. Strong team spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal resources to achieve business goals.

5. Ability to work with office software, CRM. Ability to speak fluent English is a plus.
