Information Technology Manager

Overview Ledn is seeking an experienced Manager of IT to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. You will contribute to a growing, cloud-first infrastructure and networks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help build a secure, scalable IT environment. Responsibilities Be the customer-facing, first line of support for employees — via Slack, Jira, and other channels; own the support experience. Proactively troubleshoot and manage macOS in an enterprise environment; be a pro at troubleshooting, terminal usage, and enterprise Mac management. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and the offboarding process for departures. Design, test, build, document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications — Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM) such as Jamf, etc.; own improvements to identity and access management (IDP/SSO) with tools like GSuite and Okta. Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks. Manage incidents and issues through to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and balance multiple projects in Jira using agile methods. Work on projects in sprints and align objectives with team and company goals; set and pursue personal OKRs with minimal direction. What You Bring To Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tooling (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki). Experience integrating SSO (Okta) and creating workflows; working with APIs to connect systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to handle hardware shipping and receiving and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly and respectfully across cultures. Security-minded with knowledge of PGP; understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching); methodical problem solving across OSI layers. Self-management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities across teams; comfortable operating in ambiguity. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI-based workflows. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
