The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments, and a passion for automation and infrastructure as code. Responsibilities Be the first line of customer-facing IT support for employees; own the support experience via Slack, Jira, and other tools. Procuring and delivering technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own improvements to IDP and SSO tooling (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve incidents end-to-end; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects across sprints (agile). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows; experience with APIs and system integrations. Remote IT support across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping/receiving and customs experience. Strong communication skills across all media; clear writing for tickets, email, and Slack. Clear, friendly, concise writing; sensitivity to different cultures; commitment to security (understanding of PGP). Networking fundamentals and OSI-focused troubleshooting; ability to self-manage and scope projects across teams. Nice to Haves Familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM/CLI for efficient IT operations; relevant certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).
