OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Our team is a passionate group from diverse backgrounds, united by the conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy.The core values guiding Ledn are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building, innovating and revolutionizing financial services.The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate will wear many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code, and is adaptable to a fast-moving, security-first environment.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesBe customer-facing and serve as the first line of support for employees via channels such as Slack and Jira; manage tech onboarding for new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own and document solutions, policies, and tools; craft help articles and automate busywork.Design, test, build, and document programs and policies; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf).Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.); work with API integrations between systems.Detail solutions and communicate effectively; manage, respond to, and resolve incidents as needed; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects over sprints (agile).Set personal objectives and align them with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs and cross-system integrations.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware and handle customs processes.Excellent communication skills across media; clear writing for tickets, email, and Slack.Clear, friendly, concise writing; sensitivity to diverse cultures; commitment to a positive experience for others and strong security mindset (PGP).Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching); methodical OSI-layer troubleshooting.Self-management to scope projects and prioritize across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable with ambiguity.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line tools; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitWe value adaptability, resilience, collaboration, empathy, and integrity; experience working in remote environments; ability to influence across functions and cultures.What Ledn ProvidesComprehensive total rewards package starting on day one; competitive PTO; ownership through equity; remote-friendly policy up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career and an inclusive, diverse, equal-opportunity environment.Additional InformationYou may reach Ledn for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process; inquiries will be confidential.Ledn operates a remote-first environment; due to high volume of applications, only those who qualify will be contacted.As part of our selection process, shortlisted candidates may submit a short video response; we may review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters, no unsolicited resumes.Location and Seniority: Mid-Senior level, Full-time, Information Technology.Industry: Retail.Seniority and job function are shown for descriptor purposes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
