Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have approximately 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

We are looking for a senior headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so building trust with suitable candidates will be a key part of your role. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.

In short, we fix everything for our employees—visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, you name it.

Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities

• Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
• Build trust with suitable candidates and manage recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to support relocation logistics.
• Coordinate visa, work permits, housing, travel arrangements, and related tasks for relocating employees.
• Engage with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development sectors.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries.

Required competence

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
• Strong network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones.
• Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of closing a recruitment request.
• Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and motivated.
• Resilient and capable of handling rejection with determination.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
• Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.

Extent & Duration

• Start ASAP.
• Full time.
• Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
• Minimum 12 months.
• Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
• Location: remote or from a co-location center of your choice.

Remuneration

• Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Paid national holidays with maintained payment.
• 20 paid vacation days.
• Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
