Customer Support Representative – Brazil RealRoots is a mission‑driven startup that guarantees women meaningful new friendships in their city. We build a culture that is as kind, empathetic and connective as the product we deliver. The Role We’re looking for a compassionate, detail‑oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll respond to member inquiries in Zendesk, assist with scheduling and booking logistics, and help ensure every interaction with RealRoots feels personal, supportive and kind. What You’ll Do Respond to member emails and support tickets through Zendesk with empathy, clarity and accuracy. Assist with scheduling, booking and coordinating events and groups. Communicate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer experience. Identify recurring questions or feedback to help us continuously improve our community experience. What We’re Looking For Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. High emotional intelligence and the ability to respond with warmth, empathy and professionalism. Prior experience in customer support. Reliability and a strong sense of ownership, staying organized, following up proactively and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Comfort using software tools such as Zendesk, Google Workspace and scheduling systems. Alignment with RealRoots’ mission of helping women connect and build community.
