The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.As a Sales Leader for Tableau, you will manage and develop a high-performing team of Sales Specialists focused on the Enterprise Market, covering industries such as Telecom, Media, Retail, and others.You will play a strategic role in client and prospect meetings, while working cross-functionally with Account Teams and corporate partners to deliver impactful results.**What You’ll Do*** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Specialists to achieve and exceed revenue goals.* Participate and lead in client and prospect meetings, providing executive-level engagement and strategic support.* Recruit, hire, and train new team members, fostering continuous learning and development.* Coach direct reports on sales strategies, pipeline management, and deal execution.* Report accurately on sales activity and forecasts to senior sales management.* Drive demand generation initiatives and monitor sales activities to ensure consistent performance.* Develop and execute winning sales campaigns to expand Tableau’s presence across key accounts.* Build and maintain strong C-level relationships within enterprise organizations.* Collaborate across functions — Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Alliances, Services, Customer Success, and HR — to align strategy and drive success.* Handle client escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.**Your Impact**Your leadership will directly influence Tableau’s growth and success in the enterprise market.
